We got a lot of snow in Ithaca last night and today, and Skua finally got to go out and enjoy it off of her leash this afternoon. Of course she wore herself out and is now asleep on my bed, but she has more fun in snow than any dog I know.

Aaaw. Where do you take her to let her run off-leash?
I forgot to mention that that is my "backyard," we literally have to walk down a little hill and there's some open space and a creek that we can play around.
Yesterday I took the dogs to the off-leash park and they went out to chase some ducks and fell through the ice on the pond. Sadie eventually scrambled out but Tucker just sat there crying, so I walked out closer to call him and then (of course) I fell through the ice too. Luckily the water was only up to my chest, but still...It totally sucked.
Skua and Ody would totally play in the snow together forever... I think Ody might fight her for title of dog who likes snow more than any dog ever...
